Lotte is a Transaction Lawyer in the Corporate and M&A group.
Lotte specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, as well as in general corporate matters. She is fluent in Dutch, French, German and English.
Lotte studied law in Belgium and France and graduated in 2019 as a top five percent student from KU Leuven University. She received the award for best master thesis of the faculty. Lotte completed internships at the Minister of Justice’s office and at the Belgian Court of Cassation. After graduating, she assisted the Dean of the KU Leuven Law Faculty as a PhD Candidate.

Sie hat in Belgien und Frankreich Jura studiert und schloss 2019 als Top-5-Prozent-Studentin an der Universität KU Leuven ab. Sie wurde mit dem Preis für die beste Masterarbeit der Fakultät ausgezeichnet. Lotte absolvierte Praktika im Büro des Justizministers und am belgischen Kassationsgerichtshof. Nach ihrem Abschluss assistierte sie dem Dekan der juristischen Fakultät der KU Leuven als PhD-Kandidatin.
