Katerina is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.
Katerina specialises in ship finance, acting for domestic and international banks, financial institutions and ship owning groups in financing and re-financing newbuilding and second-hand vessels, restructuring transactions, sale and leaseback as well as sale and purchase transactions.
Katerina holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and an LLM LPC from the University of Law and is a qualified solicitor entitled to practise law in England & Wales.
