Jeremy is an Associate in the London Corporate group.
Jeremy has experience of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate matters, primarily in the energy, infrastructure and maritime sectors.
Since joining the firm, Jeremy has worked in the firm’s London and Athens offices.
- Advising global solar developer Lightsource bp on the sale of a portfolio of 58 operational assets to a consortium comprising GLIL Infrastructure and Bluefield Solar Income Fund.
- Advising Societe Generale on the proposed acquisition of a majority stake in PayXpert, a fintech company specialising in payment services.
- Advising RIVE Private Investment, LCI and Turning Rock Partners on their joint acquisition of a US$115m portfolio of 19 helicopters.
