James Burgess

James is an associate in the Assets & Structured Finance group.

James advises banks, financial institutions, owners and operators on all aspects of loan and security documentation within the maritime, aviation and rail sectors. He also advises buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions and on commercial shipping matters.

Since joining the firm, James has worked in the firm’s London and Hamburg offices.
