Henry Stockley

Henry is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Henry practices English Law maritime dispute resolution in our Athens office.

Henry has been working in the shipping industry since 2014. First, at a publicly listed shipbrokers in the City of London before time working at a well-respected shipowner in the Middle East.

Since 2018, Henry has worked in international law firms and deals with contentious and non-contentious work relating to ship sale and purchase agreements, shipbuilding and repair contracts, pooling contracts, ship management contracts, and disputes arising under contracts of carriage. Henry possesses further experience in traditional maritime concerns including total losses, groundings and collisions.

Henry has worked on arbitration proceedings under LMAA, LCIA and HKIAC Arbitration Rules.

He is a Member of the Piraeus Bar Association and is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
