Erica Lacombe

Erica is a Senior Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

She specialises in shipping finance, sale and purchase and shipbuilding transactions, regularly advising major banks, other financial institutions and shipping companies on all aspects of loan and security documentation, sale and purchase agreements and shipbuilding contracts, as well as on restructuring of ship finance deals.

Erica’s expertise also focuses on yacht financing, acting for major international lenders on superyacht construction financing, acquisition finance and re-financings under syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.
