Emily is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.
Emily specialises in general commercial litigation and international arbitration, with experience in maritime and construction disputes.
Emily joined Watson Farley & Williams as a trainee in 2017 and qualified in 2019. She has worked in the firm’s London and Bangkok offices.
- Acting for a major UK bank in relation to a security maintenance covenant dispute under a loan agreement and the arrest of a vessel in England as security for the claim.
- Successfully representing PTT Public Company Limited in the UK Supreme Court hearing relating to a multi-million-dollar dispute between PTT and Triple Point Technology, Inc.
