Dimos is an Associate in the Project and Structured Finance group
Dimos focuses on banking & finance, corporate and contract law. He has been involved in drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for international and domestic clients and advises on compliance and corporate issues, including maritime corporations. He has worked on complex M&A transactions, real estate and corporate due diligence reviews within the fields of renewable energy business.
Dimos completed his undergraduate studies in the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, after having attended a semester of corporate and maritime law courses in the Law School of University of Hamburg and a semester of intercultural communication and private international law courses in Shanghai International Studies University. He concluded an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2019, with a specialization in Competition and Industrial Property Law. Before joining the firm, he worked for almost two years with a notable law firm in Athens in the fields of capital markets and banking law.
