Davide is a Junior Associate in the Real Estate Group
Davide supports the team by providing legal assistance to Italian and international clients in relation to all areas of the Real Estate sector.
His practice focuses on conducting legal researches on any sort of matter related to Real Estate, as well as on drafting legal documents and agreements, both on landlord and tenant side.
Davide holds a law degree from Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna and a Diploma in English Law from the University of Kent in Canterbury.
In 2021 he was admitted to the Italian Bar.
Davide is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.

L’Avv. Carloni supporta il team fornendo assistenza a clienti italiani ed internazionali in relazione a tutte le aree del Real Estate.
In particolare si occupa di ricerche legali riguardanti qualsiasi tipo di questione relativa al Real Estate, così come della stesura di documenti legali e contratti, sia dal lato della proprietà che dei conduttori.
L’Avv. Carloni ha ottenuto la laurea in giurisprudenza presso l’Alma Mater Studiorum di Bologna e un Diploma in English Law presso la University of Kent di Cantebrury.
È abilitato ad esercitare la professione legale dal 2021.
Oltre all’italiano, l’Avv. Carloni parla correntemente inglese.
