Christoph is Counsel in the Energy group.
Christoph advises on all legal aspects of the planning, implementation and dispute resolution for construction, plant engineering and infrastructure projects, in particular in the fields of power generation and distribution.
As former General Counsel in Germany for a world market leader in power generation plants and Legal Director for an international law firm, he draws on a wealth of knowledge and longstanding experience. This includes structuring, contracting and negotiating complex construction, plant engineering and infrastructure projects, including the handling of tendering and procurement processes (both on the supply and demand side) and, where necessary, the conception and implementation of efficient and business-sensitive litigation, ADR and arbitration strategies.

Dr. Christoph Benedict ist Counsel in der Energy Group.
Dr. Christoph Benedict berät zu allen rechtlichen Aspekten der Durchführung von Bau-, Anlagenbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten, insbesondere im Bereich Energieerzeugung und -verteilung.
Aus früherer Tätigkeit bei internationalen Kanzleien und als Chefsyndikus Deutschland beim Weltmarktführer für Energie-Erzeugungsanlagen verfügt er über profunde Kenntnisse und langjährige Erfahrung. Hierzu zählen Strukturierung, Vertragsgestaltung und Erhandlung von komplexen Bau-, Anlagenbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten, einschließlich der Abwicklung von Ausschreibungs- und Beschaffungsprozessen (sowohl auf der Angebots- als auch auf der Nachfrageseite) und, wo notwendig die Konzeption und Durchführung von effizienten und möglichst geschäftsschonenden Strategien im Falle streitiger Auseinandersetzungen.
