He has more than 40 years of experience in M&A, general corporate and commercial advisory work in the real estate sector, with particular emphasis on hotels & hospitality. His areas of focus include acquisitions and disposals of corporate vehicles, businesses and real estate assets, hotel management and franchise agreements, shareholder agreements and disputes, corporations law advice and general dispute resolution.
