Cathleen is a senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.

Cathleen specialises in M&A, corporate restructurings and corporate finance, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

During her clerkship, Cathleen worked for international law firms in Hamburg and Milan. Prior to joining Watson Farley & Williams, Cathleen gained specific expertise in corporate and commercial law while working for a full service law firm.
