Annika is a Transaction Lawyer in the Project and Structured Finance Group.
She advises banks, financial investors, project developers and utilities in national and international project financings and M&A deals, such as the acquisition and financing of onshore and offshore wind farms and the acquisition of companies active in such sectors.
- Advising a consortium of international lenders on the financing of BASF’s stake in the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm in the North Sea with a total capacity of 1.5 gigawatts.
- Advising an international syndicate of banks on a €570m financing package to finance the construction of the 257 MW Arcadis Ost 1 offshore wind farm project in the Baltic sea.
- Advising a consortium of leading German and international banks and financial institutions on the €935m refinancing of the Deutsche Bucht offshore windfarm project (252 MW).
- Advising Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Postbank Luxembourg and UniCredit AG as arrangers on a €92m refinancing for QSIL AG.
- Advising NIBC Bank NV on the €13.5m financing of a data center in Hamburg, Germany, acquired by Penta Hamburg GmbH.

Annika Schulz berät Banken, Finanzinvestoren, Projektentwickler und Energieversorgungsunternehmen bei nationalen und internationalen Projektfinanzierungen und M&A-Transaktionen, wie z.B. dem Erwerb und der Finanzierung von On- und Offshore-Windparks sowie dem Erwerb von Unternehmen, die in diesen Bereichen tätig sind.
- Beratung eines Konsortiums internationaler Banken bei der Finanzierung der Beteiligung durch BASF am Offshore Wind Park Hollandse Kust Zuid in der Nordsee mit einer Gesamtleistung von 1,5 Gigawatt.
