Andy Wilson

Andy is an Associate in the firm’s Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Andy specialises in multi-jurisdictional asset finance and leasing in the transport sector, principally in the maritime and aviation sectors.

Andy’s experience includes advising banks, financial institutions, owners, lessors and operators on all aspects of loan and security documentation. He also advises buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions.

Prior to joining the Singapore office, Andy has worked in the firm’s London and Paris offices.
