The decree on eligible areas sets up rules to identify surfaces and areas eligible for the installation of renewable energy plants and introduces a specific power allocation between Italy’s regions and autonomous provinces.
The loan is backed by German ECA Euler Hermes.
This financing will help develop new products and procedures to better support WSMEs, who often face challenges in accessing commercial finance due to factors like lack of collateral and low financial literacy.
The plants are expected to have a total capacity of 22 MWp once operational, equivalent to the annual consumption of 7,180 households.
