WFW carried out the vendor’s due diligence process and the drafting and negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement.
The portfolio currently produces clean energy equivalent to the electricity consumption of about 23,000 households.
The platform will be overseen by two managers with 50 years combined experience in the Spanish telecoms sector.
The wind farm, located in Merindad de Valdeporres in the Spanish region of Castille & Leon, has been fully operational since 2005.
