The project in Italy’s central Molise region, which has already obtained construction authorisation, will have a total installed capacity of approximately 9.6 MW once operational.
WFW advised Mirova on the establishment of a joint venture with Qualitas Energy to develop up to 250 MW of renewable projects in Italy.
The projects will have a total capacity of 20 MW once operational.
WFW acted as Belenergia’s Italian legal counsel on all aspects of the transaction.
The project will generate around 42 GW per year and will be managed by Stern Energy

The financing will be used to develop a 40 MW portfolio of ready-to-build projects.
The transaction marks a key step in PSL’s aim to reach 5 GW of renewable capacity across Europe by 2026.
