We advised Investec Bank on the construction financing for a 34.7MW solar photovoltaic project near York.
This will be one of the largest onshore renewables portfolio financings closed in the UK market this year.
The portfolio comprises the Bicester, Clinton and Homestead PV farms in England, with a total installed capacity of 60.4 MW.
The portfolio consists of 24 operational solar PV plants across Great Britain.
The plants, with a total capacity of 64 MW, are the first project of this size with grid parity in Italy and among the largest power plants in Europe.
