The scrapping and recycling of vessels, within the EU and internationally, are associated with potential criminal and civil legal risks we wish to highlight.
With the implementation date of IMO 2020 approaching, we are supporting ship owners, charterers and their liability insurers to look at risk avoidance strategies to comply with the regulations and to avoid or mitigate counterparty liability.
