I have been with Watson, Farley & Williams for almost eight years. My initial responsibility was to improve catering services. Since then my role has evolved to include the management of catering staff, suppliers, menus, budget and training. My team and I work hard to provide breakfast, lunch and refreshments to colleagues and clients as well as catering for events, seminars and meetings

One of the things I love about working at Watson, Farley & Williams is the openness and the ease of communication. Of course, there are busy times when people can be stressed but the firm has always felt like one big family. I really appreciate feedback from clients and colleagues as this gives me the opportunity to continually improve.
