Watson, Farley & Williams celebrated 20 years in Paris in 2009, establishing our office to meet a growing demand for effective, commercial solutions for clients that were looking to do business in France and French speaking overseas territories. Ensuring that we are on the doorstep for French financial institutions is key to our transactional practice. We now have 25 lawyers practising both French and English law.

Our lawyers provide astute legal services regarding matters such as asset finance, private equity, corporate law as well as regulatory advice across many different industry sectors, including maritime, renewable energy, aviation and aerospace and ICT.

Clients appreciate the dedicated and efficient services the lawyers in our Paris office provide.
