Our team focuses on providing corporate, finance, tax, private equity, restructuring and real estate advice and assisting clients in all commercial matters. In particular, they have significant experience of working in the energy, infrastructure and real estate industry with particular emphasis on the asset finance matters.

The Milan office has grown significantly from its opening and it is now recognized as one of the first international boutiques for corporate, project finance and banking matters and has been included in Top Legal shortlist, a leading directory of the Italian legal market, and rankings in Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA editions as one of the fast growing practices.
