Laurence Martinez Bellet joined the Paris office of Watson, Farley & Williams as a Partner in April 2005, and is now head of the Paris office. She specialises in asset and structured finance, and French and international leasing (aircraft, ships and equipment). Laurence has acted for banks and financial institutions, equity providers, aircraft operators, finance and operating lessors and arrangers. She has experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating construction, acquisition, leasing and financing documentation transactions involving principally, vessels, aircraft and industrial equipment
