Welcome to our dedicated graduate site. As Graduate Manager I’m responsible for everything to do with WFW trainees – from finding the right people to join us, to working with them to plan their seats during the training contract.

I joined the firm in October 2007 from a large financial services organisation and have been based in the City for ten years. WFW has given me the opportunity to work with a small group of trainees through the early years of their career. Supporting them as individuals is a huge part of what motivates me on a day-to-day basis.

Candidates often ask what they need to do to stand out on the application form. There is no magic formula or one thing that we look for. Our ideal applicant is someone who ticks all the boxes in terms of academic qualifications, experience and written skills.
