Choosing between law firm training contracts isn’t easy. All good firms guarantee quality training, work on interesting deals and contact with high-profile clients. What sets WFW apart is its six-seat rotation.

Each seat lasts four months and together they offer a unique opportunity to work with a range of teams and get to know a broad cross-section of people in the firm. One seat is in an international office. It means I can experience first hand all the areas of law which interest me, giving me more choice and a longer period to decide which area to specialise in.

Most of all, I’ve been given the chance to play an integral role in the way my training contract progresses. I have regular discussions with HR, to help guide me and structure my training and really feel they take into account my ongoing preferences and interests.
