Little did I realise when I joined the London office of WFW that 18 months later I would be given the opportunity to move out to Singapore to assist with the growth of the project and structured finance practice in Asia. The firm has also been very supportive with the practicalities of the move. I look forward to the challenges Singapore will present, in particular to developing new client relationships and learning more about the Asian markets. 

During my time in London I’ve often had the chance to work closely with colleagues in many of our offices, including on a number of cross-border financing transactions involving our New York, Paris, Athens and Hamburg offices. Although I’m sad to say goodbye to the London office after so brief a stay, the international aspect of my practice area means I’ll certainly be working with my London colleagues in the future.
