The working atmosphere at WFW is excellent. With their open door policy, I knew from day one that I could approach the associates and partners without feeling intimidated. This is helped by the firm’s great social activities outside work, which make office life all the more enjoyable. 

I play on the WFW netball team which has been a great way to get to know people who I haven’t worked with. I have also been to some very good parties put on by the firm. At my first Christmas party I was sitting next to a lawyer from one of our international offices and the next week I was emailing him for advice – it definitely made a difference having met and chatted to him on a social level.
