The Employment practice is part of the International Corporate Group and deals with all aspects of employment law. We often work in a highly collaborative way with colleagues across the firm.  This might be on a corporate/finance transaction, such as the purchase or disposal of a company, which may also involve an international dimension.  

We also work closely with our litigation lawyers on High Court proceedings related to the enforcement of post termination restraints, and have regular contact with our other ten offices, either taking referrals or referring work to them. This might be a standalone transaction or involve working together internationally with one or more office. The groups within the firm also come together on collaborative pitches. I think this close integration is a reflection of our culture and ethos and helps us to work as a cohesive and mutually-supportive team.
