The best thing about working at Watson, Farley & Williams is the way everyone works together to help the firm grow. Our teams are hard-working and dedicated, but we also understand the importance of a positive working atmosphere.

You can ask anyone, everyone here will say that Watson, Farley & Williams is a great place to work. We have a wonderful team atmosphere. I think that our smaller size brings more team spirit and encourages better communication between all of our international offices. I work very closely with my colleagues in London and act as a local point of contact. 

My team and I support our colleagues with administrative queries relating to IT, accounting, HR, marketing and office services issues. We work hard and strive to complete challenging projects – we have yet to come across a problem we haven’t been able to solve. This is something I am very proud of. As Head of Administration for our German offices it is my task to make my colleagues’ jobs as easy as possible, to ensure that they can be client-focussed and productive.
