Graduate Trainee Manager
| Welcome to WFW.com! I’m Louise Turgoose, the Graduate Manager here at WFW. I‘m responsible for everything to do with our trainees - from finding the right people to join our practice to working with our trainees to help shape their seat plan during the training contract.
I joined WFW in October 2007 from a large financial services organisation and have worked in the City for seven years in a variety of roles. WFW has given me the opportunity to work with a small group of trainees throughout the early years of their career. Supporting them as individuals through this time is a huge part of what motivates me on a day-to-day basis.
Candidates often ask me what they need to do to stand out on the application form? To me there is no magic formula or one thing that I look for; my ideal applicant is someone that ticks all the boxes in terms of academics, experience and their written skills.
