The selection process

The firm looks to recruit graduates who, in addition, to a sound academic background, exhibit enthusiasm, ambition, self-assurance, initiative and commercial awareness. Each year we recruit 12 graduates, assessments and interviews take place in London.

For those reading Law, the application process is normally in the year before graduation for training starting two years later year. For non-lawyers, application is normally in the final year, again for training starting two years later.

We pay all examination and course fees for both the Common Professional Examination and the Legal Practice Course. A maintenance grant is also paid, less any amount which may be provided by a Local Authority.

Please note our minimum academic requirements for application are as follows:- 300 UCAS points at A Level (24 points using previous UCAS system) and a 2:1 degree.
