- Advising on property matters related to the establishment of a UK branch for a Dutch investment bank
- Advising Club Med S.A. on their project for a new resort in the Maldives
- Acting for Lloyds TSB Structured Asset Finance as providers of leasing finance for the construction of the Liverpool Arena and Conference Centre forming part of the King’s Waterfront development, Liverpool
- Advising The Royal Bank of Scotland as lending bank in relation to a US$300m property financing in Chicago; the loan was supported by an insurance policy insuring the borrower’s obligations to pay under the loan facility and the bank financed the loan through an issue of commercial paper by a financing vehicle controlled by it
- Advising on and documenting the termination of a leasing finance transaction relating to Windsor Plaza, Hammersmith by way of a disposal to Allied Domecq pension funds through a Jersey Unit trust
- Advising Lloyds TSB in relation to the disposal of its interest in the London Conrad Hotel at Chelsea Harbour
- Acting for the successful claimant in a leading case of mortgage possession, Stockholm Finance Limited v Golden Holdings Inc & Ors
- Acting for the successful claimant in one of the leading cases on overage, Bride Hall Estates Limited & Anr v St George North London Limited
- Advising HGA Capital on a closed end fund project involving a joint venture structure with a US-partner, investing in US-residential projects with a project value of approximately US$160m
- Advising FHH Fonds Haus Hamburg on a closed end fund project involving an investment in a UK fund-in-fund-structure with an investment volume of approximately £17m
