  • Advising Plambeck Neue Energien AG on a €102m bond financing for eight wind farms (owned by separate partnerships) totalling 140 MW with investment grade rating (AAA) from Moody’s and Standard & Poors. The bond refinanced the existing project finance debt
  • Advising ABO Wind, Juwi, Energiequelle, Voltwerk and MFG on certain aspects of the sale of a 330 MW portfolio of wind farms in Germany and France to Christofferson Robb & Co funded by a €470m bond financing arranged by HVB (Breeze Two)
  • Advising Trinergy Limited on its acquisition of the 250 MW IVPC 2000 and IVPC 6 wind farm projects in Italy and the 303 MW IVPC 4 wind farm project in Italy and related acquisition and project financing arrangements
  • Advising Keydata Investment Services Ltd on the establishment of two Venture Capital Trusts (£50m) targeting UK renewables
  • Advising Global Natural Energy Plc on its acquisition of a minority interest (with an option to acquire a majority interest) in a new UK gas distribution group formed by the merger of Quantum Energy Group Ltd, Fortum Energy Plus Ltd and Saracen Gas Ltd
  • Advising Shanghai LNG Co Ltd on all aspects of its LNG import terminal project including LNG purchase tender/negotiations and shipping arrangements
  • Advising the Government of Cyprus as part of a consortium with MW Kellogg Ltd and Gas Strategies on a BOT tender for the construction and operation of an LNG and petroleum products import terminal project and related regulatory issues in Cyprus
  • Advising Uranium Resources PLC on the acquisition of Uranium prospecting licences in Tanzania through the acquisition of Deep Yellow Tanzania Limited
  • Advising on an investment in AIM listed Weatherly International plc and the related "whitewash" requirements and change of investment strategy of that company
  • Advising a German consortium of sponsors and investors on the structuring of a development project regarding the construction of a biodiesel plant in Germany
