  • Advising the Port of Singapore Authority on the acquisition of 50% interest in Eastern Sea Laem Chabang Co Ltd, the operator of ports at Laem Chabang Terminal B1 and Terminal B3, Thailand. Advising on due diligence, the acquisition and concession agreements and on arrangements post-completion
  • Advising a port authority on its investment in a joint venture for the development and operation of a container terminal in South East Asia
  • Advising the non-Cuban partner on joint venture for the development and operation of a cruise terminal facility in Cuba
  • Advising an online chartering marketplace on all aspects of its activities, including fundraisings, M&A transactions, IT teaming agreements, e-commerce and online trading terms and conditions, and trademark strategy and registration
  • Advising on judicial review procedures relating to the tendering by ports of licences to operate services to and from, or to have ramp access at, those ports
  • Advising on an application for a harbour revision order and permission to construct new facilities at a wharf in the UK
