CORPORATE
  • Advising Ipnotic, an IP telecom operator on its €9.65m venture capital financing with Turenne investing €3.05m, followed by CM-CIC Private Capital with €2.5m, CDC Innovation Enterprises with €2.1m and A Plus Finance €2m
  • Advising major French media group Bolloré on the regulatory requirements imposed by the French Telecommunications Regulator (ARCEP) with respect to the granting of WiMax Licence
  • Advising French Space Centre CNES with respect to the development of TV on mobile phones
FINANCE
  • Acting for a Moroccan Bank in relation to a €1bn multi-currencies syndicated refinancing debt into local currency
  • Advising Societe Générale in their discussions with Pierre & Vancances SA and the Conseil Général de l'Aisne to finance the infrastructure of a leisure centre to be developed in Lac de l'Ailette, Reims, France
  • Acting for Calyon in relation to (i) €1.1bn COFACE export credit syndicated pre-delivery financings of two 3,300 passenger cruise ships to be built at Aker Yards S.A. for a Swiss shipowner and (ii) €840m COFACE export credit syndicated pre-delivery financings of two 2,550 passenger cruise ships to be built at Aker Yards S.A. for a Swiss shipowner
  • Acting for Energy Developments in relation to their renewable energy portfolio in France including financing related aspects and power purchase agreement
  • Acting for Viridis Energy in relation to the proposed acquisition and financing of a portfolio of French wind farms totalling more than 50 MW
  • Acting for the developers in relation to the €470 million Breeze II Bond which involved complicated issues relating to French security over the power purchase agreements, where a security trustee structure were to be used
  • Acting for SMBC in relation to US$866m syndicated loan facility (incorporating a KEXIM loan)
