We are committed to helping our clients achieve their business objectives by providing commercially focussed legal advice of the highest quality from all our offices. We strive to service our clients' needs with the level of resource and expertise appropriate to each engagement. We encourage feedback from our clients so that we are able to monitor and where necessary improve our service and we have a complaints procedure for the rare occasions when that is required.
People

We consistently adopt policies of best practice in matters of governance and compliance and we maintain an internal audit team to ensure that we adhere to our policies in general and our quality commitment.
Overall Responsibility
The Managing Partner has overall responsibility for adherence to standards and ensuring that quality is paramount in the delivery by everyone of their own contributions to the firm.
