Our property law specialists deal with all aspects of commercial property matters, often working with our tax, corporate and banking lawyers. We are particularly aware of the special needs of our international clients including financial institutions and investment banks.

- Development, acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties such as offices, hotel and leisure complexes, industrial buildings and retail outlets
- Structuring of and advice on joint ventures and closed end funds (investment funds) investing in real estate
- Landlord and tenant matters, for lessors and lessees, advising on rent reviews and security of tenure and acting in the event of disputes
- Occupational requirements
- Insolvency work involving the leasing or disposal of properties
- Site assembly and site acquisition, tax structures (especially in relation to VAT planning), joint ventures, development agreements and partnerships for all types of developments from industrial and commercial properties to residential estates
- Structured finance and secured lending work which includes advising investors, banks and other financial institutions on property and development financings
