Our lawyers assemble, negotiate and conclude complex and often sensitive transactions for a broad array of clients including international and domestic issuers, investment banks and corporate financiers, private equity and other investment funds, public and private companies and private individuals.
The range on matters on which we advise is equally broad and includes corporate finance and securities transactions, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, strategic alliances and projects as well as providing general corporate advice and advising on commercial agreements.
The ideal candidates will be people who fit into the Firm’s culture which is dynamic, enterprising, creative, cosmopolitan and hard working.
The candidate must:
- be a UK qualified practitioner with a minimum of 4 years relevant and high quality experience;
- have proven technical skills in one or more of the relevant areas;
- have substantial experience of acting on major cases;
- be prepared to take a very hands on approach to case work.
