We have extensive experience in all aspects of international dispute resolution (whether litigation, arbitration or ADR) and our particular expertise includes:
- jurisdictional issues, including obtaining anti-suit injunctions and challenging jurisdiction
- managing foreign litigation and running parallel cases in separate jurisdictions
- enforcing English judgments abroad and foreign judgments in England
- emergency injunctive proceedings, including freezing orders and search orders.
