- Advising Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation in connection with the leasing of rolling stock on the WestRail extension in the New Territories
- Advising a European operating lessor on the acquisition of Boeing 737 aircraft and subsequent leasing to a Mexican operator
- Advising ICX Corporation, Inc. in its role as an equity investor in a US$100 million QTE lease of a telecommunications network to Connect Austria Gesellschaft Fur Telekommunikation GmbH
- Advising two equity investors in the financing of approximately US$200 million of rail equipment for Amtrak and also representing three equity investors in an additional financing of US$100 million of locomotives for General Motors, with a sublease to Union Pacific Railroad
- Advising a US lessor in the financing of Portuguese metro trains
- Advising R & B Falcon Group in a US$ 245 million defeased lease of the semi-submersible drilling rig "Deepwater Nautilus", engaged on a services contract for Shell Deepwater Development for use initially in the Gulf of Mexico
- Advising Danmarks Skibskreditfond in connection with the financing, with equity provided by a number of institutional investors including EBRD, of four fishing factory trawlers, chartered to Russian charterers for the exploitation of quotas for cod and haddock in the Barents Sea
- Advising Credit Agricole Indosuez and ING on the project financing of two large LPG vessels, to be built in Japan, owned jointly by Mitsui and Chevron, managed by Chevron and time chartered to Dynergy
