Senior Asset Finance Lawyer
Asset finance has been a core part of our business from the beginning and we have one of the leading practices in the international legal market. Our asset finance team comprises over 100 lawyers spread throughout our offices.
Our team in particularly strong in London, New York, Paris and Hamburg enabling us to advise on all aspects of cross-border asset financings between the respective jurisdictions.
Our origins are in shipping finance and we remain pre-eminent in shipping finance and leasing, but today this is just one of our numerous areas of expertise.
Our practise now covers a very broad range of assets including: aircraft, shipping, rail equipment, real estate, renewable energy and other power generation, offshore oil & gas installations, telecommunications, satellites, manufacturing equipment, information technology, software licences and intellectual property.
Our asset finance team acts for all parties involved in financing transactions: lessors, lessees, arrangers, lenders, borrowers, trustees and others.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a top quality asset finance lawyer, whose experience may include shipping or aviation. UK qualified, the successful candidate must be fluent in French.
