Our Islamic finance practice is developing fast. Our partners and lawyers are dedicated to providing services that meet our clients' needs as swiftly as possible.

We have worked on a number of Islamic finance deals, the majority of which are in the shipping and oil and gas sectors.  We have also been involved in Islamic financing in the trade finance sector in Murahaba transactions and a number of investment management deals.

Additionally, we are familiar with UK property financing projects that use Islamic principles (Murahaba and Tawarruq). Our lawyers are familiar with the Loan Market Association’s Islamic finance forms.
