- Advising a European operating lessor on the acquisition of Boeing 737 aircraft and subsequent leasing to a Mexican operator
- Advising ICX Corporation, Inc. in its role as an equity investor in a US$100 million QTE lease of a telecommunications network to Connect Austria Gesellschaft Fur Telekommunikation GmbH
- Advising the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) on the financing of the sale and purchase of US$440 million of high-end technology equipment.
- Acting for P&O Nedlloyd in connection with the financing of four 7500 TEU containership newbuilds
- Advising Nordea Bank in relation to a US$230m syndicated loan to Exmar nv to refinance its 19 vessel gas carrier fleet
- Advising Credit Agricole Indosuez in relation to a US$115m syndicated loan to Sovcomflot Bulk Shipping for a fleet refinancing
- Advising NIB Capital and Bank of Scotland on $51 million financing package to convert an Italian Aframax tanker into a Floating Production and Storage Platform
- Advising the borrowers on the project financing of 22 MW Greek wind farm projects in Lakonia, Peloponnese, Greece
- Advising the Viridis Clean Energy Group on its acquisition and financing of a 60 MW portfolio of thirty-five landfill gas power projects in the UK for a total enterprise value of £108m
