  • Advising on a structured tax based lease financing for an LNG vessel to be time charterers
  • Devising and advising upon tax efficient techniques for restructuring existing lease financings for a major European investment bank
  • Acting for the project sponsors and lessees, in their structured tax based lease financings of a 50.6 MW windfarm under construction in Scotland and a new-build 64.4 MW windfarm
  • Advice to banks on new product development, including, in particular, products designed to solve difficulties resulting from the proposed changes to the law in relation to tax based finance leasing
  • Advising major banks in relation to the restructuring of original lease financing of Bluewater Retail Park, Kent
