The lawyers in our International Corporate Group provide transactional and advisory services across a range of markets and industry sectors.
Our lawyers assemble, negotiate and conclude complex and often sensitive transactions for a broad array of clients including international and domestic issuers, investment banks and corporate financiers, private equity and other investment funds, public and private companies, and private individuals.
