    • Landesbank Baden- Würtemberg: Acting for the bank in its first wind farm project finance in Greece, a 15 MW project owned by a company in the R.F. Energy group.
    • Standard Chartered Bank: US$50m reserve-based reducing senior facility and US$10m junior facility to fund new drilling in new offshore oilfields in northern Greece.
    • C&C London Ltd: Acting for a UK/Greek academic conference organiser in advice concerning its English-law services contract with a pan-European medical association, as well as Greek-law contractual and data protection issues.
    • TORM/FR8 : drafting a submission of merger control notification on behalf of acquiring entities in Greece.
