Thomas is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution group.

He specialises in commercial dispute resolution, with experience of litigation (London High Court and Dubai International Financial Centre Courts), arbitration (including LMAA, LCIA, ICC), mediation and advisory work on litigation risk and avoidance.

He regularly acts for major corporates and high net worth individuals in all types of international contentious matters within the Middle East and in the UK. He has particular experience in the maritime sector, advising banks and shipowners on contentious matters involving charterparties, guarantees and finance documents.

Thomas previously worked in the London office of Watson Farley & Williams and is a fluent Dutch, German and French speaker. He is listed by Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer for Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and International Litigation.
