Steven is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution group in the London office of Watson Farley & Williams.
Steven joined the firm on qualification in 2017 and specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Steven’s experience includes:
Acting for a major investment conglomerate in a multi-billion dollar LCIA arbitration regarding the disputed ownership of a leading telecoms operator.
Assisting the joint liquidators of an offshore entity in relation to insolvency litigation before the High Court arising from the Icelandic banking crisis.
Advising the trustees of a marital trust in a multi-million pound LCIA arbitration in respect of the alleged failure of the respondents to perform ongoing contractual obligations.
Assisting a number of financial institutions and manufacturers in regards to regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
Representing claimants in successful appeals to the Social Entitlement Chamber following the decision of the Secretary of State to refuse their applications for Employment Support Allowance (pro bono).
