    • Defending an insurer in insurance claims arising out of a contractor’s failure in horizontal directional drilling operation in the Thai national petroleum corporation’s natural gas transmission pipeline projects.
    • Defending one of the largest precious stone couriers and its insurer in claims for damage to high-value gemstones.
    • Representing a leading British-based oil and gas exploration and production business whose activities are focused in South East Asia, on an employment dispute.
    • Defending an international eyeglass lens manufacturer in an employment dispute.
    • Defending an Asia-based renewable energy company in an intellectual property claim.
    • Advising an international reinsurer on policy coverage and policy wordings under Thai laws due to the 2010 Thai Unrest.
    • Representing 49 foreign clients in applications for enforcement of local and foreign arbitral awards in Thailand.
    • Advising a Thai electric power company in arbitration proceedings arising out of a dispute under EPC contract of biomass power plants.
