    • On mezzanine funding of a $1bn development of six residential towers in Doha, Qatar.
    • On mezzanine funding to facilitate a £104m acquisition of four multi-let industrial estates.
    • On a combined £100m financing of the acquisition and development of data-centre properties.
    • On funding to facilitate a £92.5m acquisition of the O2 Centre, Finchley Road, London.
    • On the £70m mezzanine financing of the acquisition of Kings Mall shopping centre, Hammersmith, London.
    • On a HK$57m financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of properties in Hong Kong.
    • On a £14m senior and £16m mezzanine financing to facilitate the acquisition and development of a premium hotel at Gatwick Airport.
    • On a £35m senior and £16m mezzanine financing to facilitate the acquisition and development of a premium hotel at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport.
    • On a £80m senior and £40m mezzanine refinancing of an office building in Central London.
    • On a £60m senior and £30m mezzanine financing to facilitate the acquisition and development of a premium riverside hotel at Lambeth Hill, London.
